I did overtrain myself in February. Lots of campusing, finger boarding and lack of resting, regenerating is taking it’s price. No I’m not injured, thank god and I am still highly motivated, psyched. I moved my climbing on next level in quite a short time. But now it’s time to rest, to take a good regeneration process.

So we went to Pokljuka where Winter Obstacle Challenge was happening. Mix of running, snow, boot camp, … was a perfect combination for my climbing take off. It was fun, it was great an all that I can say is:

Your Happiness is a Priceless Gift.
